• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable and available service, but we cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• That all shortened URLs will remain active indefinitely
• That the Service will be available at all times
• Immediate resolution of technical issues

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by link2go.io and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through the Service (including shortened URLs). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use, store, and process your content to provide the Service
• Generate analytics and insights from your usage data
• Display and distribute your shortened URLs as part of the Service

Third-Party Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you link to does not infringe upon the rights of third parties. We are not responsible for the content of URLs you shorten through our Service.

Payment Terms

Some features of the Service may require payment:

• Pricing for paid plans is displayed on our pricing page
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with advance notice
• If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or misuse the Service
• Fail to pay required fees (for paid plans)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and associated data, including shortened URLs, in accordance with our data retention policies.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINK2GO.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any damages resulting from the content of URLs you shorten

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless link2go.io and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Warranties that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any information on the Service

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which link2go.io operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
